Rocket Talents is a program that trains new talents through intense immersion in proposed technologies, in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Remember, it's not necessary to be enrolled in technology-related courses; all you need is a strong willingness to learn.

How it works:

Our learning tracks are developed by technical specialists who support the Rockets through every stage.

Recruitment and Selection

Candidates who want to start a career in IT will find numerous opportunities for growth and professional development.
Pré Rocket

A 3-month phase focused on introductory programming content, with specialized mentoring.
Rocket

After completing the Pre-Rocket phase, candidates can compete for Rocket positions, becoming part of the GX2 team, with a salary.
Work at GX2

Rockets who pass the final phase will be integrated into the team, working on technology projects at GX2.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

Are self-aught and curious;

Enjoy hands-on work;

Want to be part of a results-driven team.

It will be a plus if you:

Have knowledge of programming logic and languages;

Have some experience, even in personal projects.

Important details:

Training is supervised by a Technical Leader from the GX2 team;

Assessments and feedback are conducted regarding technical and behavioral performance;

The training schedule is predefined at the start of the lessons.
