Challenge

The project involved the efficient importation of thousands of political party account records directly into the system of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB). The challenge was to automate and streamline this process to ensure accuracy and speed in financial reporting.

To enhance operational efficiency and provide greater agility in decision-making, the following advances were made on the portal:

Integrated Consolidation of Member Information: We consolidated all member information, covering registrations, contracts, clients, and payments. This initiative aimed to streamline operational management by giving operators easier access to data.
Daily Updates and Unified Balances on the Portal: A solution was implemented to provide daily updates and unify balance information, covering balances, transfers, withdrawals, and debits. This approach gives operators a more accurate and real-time view of financial transactions.
Digital Budgeting System: We improved the system where beneficiaries can efficiently register documents. Critical upgrades included pagination to handle large data volumes, overall data optimization, code standardization, and the integration of the React library to enhance user experience, ensuring more agile and efficient account management.
Optimization of Dossier and Electoral Finance Processing: We improved the dossier optimization feature in the electoral accounting system, increasing memory capacity on AWS, enhancing image processing, and consolidating documents in PDF format. Additionally, an automated solution was implemented for importing electoral finances, replacing manual processes.
