The traditional process for safety and quality inspections was manual and highly prone to human error. Technicians performed visual checks, recorded nonconformities, and later produced reports and documents according to ISO standards.

This workflow consumed significant time, often caused rework, and made complete traceability difficult. As a result, decision-making was delayed and document standardization compromised.

• Beyond SOPs, the platform supports multiple document formats: forms, checklists, safety or environmental incident reports, and more.
