The Challenge

Aiming to provide an outstanding digital experience, the project covered everything from the ideation phase to market research and the identification of key member needs.

Through its Software Factory, GX2 played a vital role in structuring the entire product, detailing user journeys, selecting the most suitable technologies, and planning the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This ensured that the app met current demands while remaining scalable for future enhancements.
