GX2’s premise is the pursuit of excellence in all the services it provides and the constant search for improvement. In our year-end review, we identified that we could further improve our employee management and functional monitoring process, which is already a success and one of our differentials when it comes to Outsourcing.
We integrated another collaborator into the outsourcing management team, with a background in Psychology and Coaching, as well as vast experience in the IT sector (because we know that our talents in the IT segment have their particularities).
With this action, we intend to achieve two main objectives:
1) Provide professionals working in the Outsourcing format with greater visibility of their results, accompanying them and supporting them in the development of their technical and behavioral skills;
2) Provide our clients/partners with a tool that is even more complete as far as the knowledge of each allocated employee is concerned, through our Follow Up program and Functional Monitoring (Coaching) carried out by GX2.
We know that the organizational climate directly affects employee productivity and motivation. However, it is a difficult item to be measured (but not impossible), as abstract elements are inserted in it – such as the subjectivity of employees, resulting from their interactions within the organization.
It is for this reason that we carry out occasional and monthly follow-ups with each employee, in order to manage conflicts and facilitate communication between teams, clients and GX2.
In other words, this work’s mission is to promote the well-being of the team, considering that job satisfaction is also directly related to productivity. In this way, even with all the challenges we face on a daily basis and the pressure of deadlines and results, the work is lighter, the team is engaged and confident to achieve our goals.
